June 2008 to present

Responsible for taking content from a subject matter expert and developing either Web based or Instructor Led Training.  This includes developing support materials, such as facilitator’s guides, participant’s guides, job aids, and PowerPoint decks.  Experience developing scripts for professional narrators to be incorporated into Flash based e-Learning modules.


SRA International, Hatboro, PA

Instructional Designer II; March 2007 to present

Responsible for taking content from a subject matter expert and converting into the desired training, which includes but is not limited to Web Based Training, Computer Based Training, PowerPoint presentation, Training Manual, and videos able to be delivered by DVD, iPod, Blackberry, or cell phone.  The storyboard are then given to the graphics and or programmer for development.  Experience working with various branches of the government as a sub contractor.  While at SRA, I co-taught a class in Web 2.0 for Teaching, Collaboration, and Learning for internal training.


Shawnee Middle School, Easton, PA

Classroom Technology Coordinator; Fall 2005 to March 2007

Responsible for integration of technology into the classroom through the use of 4 iBook carts, basic maintenance of the computer in the building, scheduling of the 7th and 8th grade students in PowerSchool, and the creation and maintenance of the school’s Website.

 

Shawnee Middle School; Easton, PA

Art Teacher; Fall 1999 to Fall 2005

Responsible for teaching 7th and 8th grades (including inclusion students in a regular education classroom and a self-contained special education class), creating an after school art club, and assisting the district in upgrading and organizing the art curriculum to conform to the state’s standards
